An office for the nonprofit Triangle Aphasia Project, Unlimited, is being constructed in the Cary Plaza shopping center. The Triangle Aphasia Project has provided community-based services in collaboration with Triangle area speech pathologists, medical providers and rehabilitation programs for eight years.
