Red-light cameras make sense
Let me see if I got this straight: The writer of the Sept. 2 letter in The Cary News and Southwest Wake News about red-light cameras slowed down on a yellow light as he should, and the car behind him slammed into him. He was hurt and his car totalled. He now claims that the camera was at fault and not the driver behind him.
Is this right? So it is better for him to run the light, along with the driver behind him, and possibly kill someone? Where is the logic with this position?
I think it was a mistake to remove the red-light cameras. A small fender-bender is better than having someone killed by a light runner!
