Try it on $300

State legislators want to reduce unemployment benefits in order to pay the federal bill sooner than later. Before they make such a drastic change in benefits, they should better understand the fate of the poor unfortunates who are out of work and trying to temporarily live on just $300 per week. I suggest they try living on that amount of money themselves for 12 weeks before approving such a drastic change that will affect the lives of poor families struggling to make ends meet.
