Andy Moore: Tolls for all

Tolls for all

Now that the western part is completed on the I-540 loop, why is it that only those using that portion have to pay tolls?

I have no problem except that the northern section for the mostly northerners ride their sections free. We should toll the entire thing and raise the funds to complete it before the next decade.

Seriously look at the number of cars on the northern sections and figure how much it could bring in.
